First time experience on going abroad with dogs , went to Amsterdam winners show with Isaac and Louie lovely big arena but a bit different from uk as in the fact that they dont seem bothered to pick up there dog poo like we do so you have to look where you walk and some of the dogs in my breed are diffent in their tail carriage than in uk ,but hey you learn to see different types than at home
Anyway Isaac had a 3rd and not making excuses but dont think it helped that he is a docked dog as didnt see any in my breed and not many in any others and Louie who has a full tail got the RDCC ticket and gained a point toward Dutch Champion
The weather was mild considering the time of year and we really enjoyed it and will try and go to europe to show again even though car parking is so expensive
Dec 10th
Helen and i went to L.K.A. as spectators fo a change. We traveled down by train, far cheaper than car Ihad to sneak a cake along that i,d got with a picture of Solo on it
I had to pretend it was a package of cigarettes i bought in Amsterdam for a friend. As Sue large and her friends were organizing a bit of a party we took goodies along as well
It was a nice change to spectate and not having to keep an eye on the classes if i had been showing
Gave out my xmas cards while there , i know its a bit tight but so expensive to post these days Think Helen was pleasantly surprised with her cake and after all it was to celabrate Solo,s 2nd cc and at the age of 10 thats fantastic, i do hope he gets his 3rd he well deserves it and what a little star hes been for her
Anyway we both enjoyed the day as spectators and friends
