November
such a lot to catch up on over the past few weeks. Both Isaac & Louie doing well in the ring in this time. Louie has been shown the most and has won some good classes and had some good placings. Our last show was the Gundog breeds Association of Scotland. Both dogs were placed in their respective breed classes and Isaacs daughter Chetruda Silent Destiny won in her classes Junior Bitch & Yearling Bitch, Then Louie went on to win the PG stakes and Isaac won the Open Stakes, both winning cash prizes so all in all not a bad outing even though it was a long day.

It was off to the United Spaniel Show today in Coventry with Louie, under breed judge Mr G Cunliffe. Louie was awarded 1st in Junior dog and then went on to gain BOB, I didnt stay for best in show as I had left my other half at home with a bitch in season and he was getting stressed.

Monday 5th April
"Well" what a great day for us on Sunday 4th April at Lancashire & Cheshire ESS club Championship Show under Breed Specialist Mr Don Miller.
Louie "Alanea Smax" ( if i have added up my points correctly) he will have gained his junior warrant, and Granny Pippin " Calvdale Silent Witness @ Reubens won best veteran.
But saving the best till last was Isaac winning his 3rd and crowning CC (subject to KC confirmation), he will be my 1st SH CH and home bred too.
There are so many people I need to thank, from Isaac's Sire Breeder to his mothers Breeder as without them NO ISAAC !!!. There are many more people I would like to thank, but too many to mention individually so to them thank you for help in grooming, trimming, travel partners and above all friendship, we have had so many laughs and a few tears along the way, to these people I thank you, and of course to the three judges who appreciated Isaacs qualities; Frank Kane, Valerie Lockhart and Don Miller. "Now I think I need a glass of wine and a lie down"

Wednesday 31st March

Monday 1st March

On Saturday we made the long trip down south for the SESSS Champ Show under judge, Wendy Bentley of the Wenark English Springers. A reasonable day for us especially as Louie managed another three points towards his Junior Warrant, winning the Novice Dog class and he was also placed second in Junior Dog. Pippin also kept up her winning streak, finishing Best Veteran Bitch In Show!!

We would like to announce that we have a litter of puppies planned for the forthcoming springtime. More details to follow soon.
